I made it over the Rockies in one piece in this ahhh 737-900 automoplane. Thing.

I waved, did you see me?

Darn! I must have just missed you. Do you live in the desolate fields of southeast Oregon, or the desolate fields of western Utah?

My house was the one in Utah...the one with the brown roof.

In moderate seriousness: Lehi? Salt Lake? Provo? Orem?

The 900s are nice. Enjoy your trip! UA or DL?

Did the thrustocompressors provide adequate locomotion?

It was not a smooth ride. Seeing the tips of wings bounce around at high altitude was unsettling enough but there was an unusual amount of mild turbulence as well. Pilot stuck the landing like a boss though.

I'm in Provo. Beautiful morning though.

... Alaska, if you're asking me what airline it was...? D:

I love it when it gets bouncy. Those are tough birds and it is fun to watch them work.

And theyre fast as hell (maybe it just felt being in a 737?). On takeoff it felt like riding those old Gravitron rides they had at fairs.

I was. Haha. And I forgot about Alaska. They're great.

actually, it's cruise speed is a bit lower than something like the 757 or 767. The 737 is built for economy. Now, it is pretty peppy at take off. All the twins are overpowered due to single engine takeoff requirements.
